Guarantee / Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 14 days, in the original packaging and we'll exchange them or refund your money.
We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered. After 14 days a credit note or an exchange will be given.
Returning the goods
Please contact us for returning goods.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
Please also note that toys and food items are not returnable. We strongly recommend that all toys, and particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only under supervision. We will only give refunds on toys if they can be found to be defective. Food items can not be returned for health and safety reasons.
Returns policy for sale items only
The customer is entitled to a full product refund if goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt. After that, credit notes or exchanges only.
