Making A Purchase
We have tried to make it as stress free as possible to make a purchase. Just browse the website, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

 

Shipping And Handling
All orders (unless specified otherwise on the website or subsequently notified by email) are dispatched within 7-14 days, however many orders will reach you within just a few days. If you require an item very urgently then please call to see if we can arrange this. 

If you have ordered more than one item that is out of stock and the rest of your order is in stock then we shall dispatch this to you in the meantime. For items that are out of stock, please allow 28 days for delivery.

All items sent will require a signature on delivery.

 

Delivery Schedule
You will be notified of items that are out of stock and given the option to cancel your order, if you wish to proceed with the order we will try to give you an approximate delivery date, however this will not be guaranteed.

 

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
